“People Who Are Crazy Enough To Think They Can Change The World, Are The Ones Who Do.”

ABOUT ME

From social work to digital marketing, Rachel has transposed her knowledge of human behaviour to online consumer behaviour. Faced by the lack of diversity in the tech industry, she developed an interest in initiatives that work towards solving this issue. She founded the Montreal chapter of Lesbians Who Tech in 2015 to encourage the queer community in local tech companies.

In September 2018, she co-founded the Women in Tech Manifesto, an online statement focusing on solving the lack of representation of women by providing concrete solutions. The success of this initiative led her to share her knowledge and her story as a speaker. Solicited by tech companies and organizations, she recently started doing consulting work to address their need in diversity and inclusion.

Rachel is a D&I advocate, innovation consultant, gender evangelist and facilitator. As a Haitian-Canadian, she thrives to build bridges between cultures and the digital workforce, breaking down barriers.
